About program

The Understanding Human Rights All-Ukrainian Educational Program is implemented with the assistance of the Norwegian Helsinki Committe, the International Renaissance Foundation and the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union. Its goal is to establish human rights culture in different social and professional groups.
